1. All participants must listen to Safety briefings and instructions before taking part in the activity and must obey the instructions given by Shaka Surf staff and instructors. 2. Strictly no alcohol is to be consumed before or during the activity. 3. We advise wetsuits to be worn for the duration of the water activity. 4. All equipment remain on site and returned to the designated area after use 5. The equipment remains the property of Shaka Surf. Any damage being caused to the equipment through the fault of the user, or loss equipment (paddles, boards, wetsuits, the participant is liable to pay for the repair or replacement 6. All participants must understand that water sport of any nature can be a dangerous activity. Whilst we make all attempts to safeguard our customers from the dangers, Accidents and injuries can happen. In agreeing to take part in this activity and signing this disclaimer, you are acknowledging these dangers and agree to take part at your own risk 7. Shaka Surf is not liable for damage or loss to persons or property 8. Photographs may be taken during your water time for social media. Coronavirus Policy *

1. All participants are responsible for informing Shaka Surf of any Coronavirus related symptoms prior to use of equipment or lessons. 2. Shaka Surf will take all necessary procedures to clean equipment and materials prior to client use and adhere to social distancing/other government guidelines. Shaka Surf and its employees will not be held responsible for any contagion of Coronavirus. 3. All participants must adhere to the social distancing guidelines and recommended hygiene procedures to reduce any risk of contagion. I have read the rules of the Declaration and I agree to be bound by them all events are dangerous and hazardous; all activities are undertaken at my own risk. Shaka Surf will not accept any liability however caused for death, personal injury, loss or damage suffered by participants
